Thanks team LDMA for tonights cross training my guys had a blast
Cross Train with LDMA
It was a blast! There were six of us that went down to Sherwood from CMMA...Joel, Missy, Johnny, Jeff, Russell, and Jon... We learned a lot and got to work out with some really great people... all our guys from CMMA did a great job and we were very proud of them for getting out there and doing their very best......and we must say a special thanks to Paulo for doing a great job of kicking our butts!!!
We were all very excited about getting to train again with them....it really was a great experience....you felt like a family and that people came to just train because they loved the art....which is who you want to train with!!!
And again, we would like to thank Danny Dring and Jory & Abby Malone for giving us a place to train, learn and become better.....Thanks to all of you...
I would personally like to thank LDMA for allowing our school to cross train with them on Wednesday. Thanks should also go to the members of Revolution Combat and Fitness for being there as well. Can't wait until we do it again, really enjoyed getting out there and working with some of the best BJJ people in the state
