Tonight many women in the LDMA Affiliation trained at the LDMA HQ in Sherwood. We had a good grappling class, taught by Paulo. Of course the guys were invited too. Here's a pic of those of us who stayed late after training. Tomorrow is a full day of women's training for the IKF. Be checking back for more pics of tomorrow!

That is great LDMA coming together.That is cool Kat went up there I didn't know she was going with Mrs. Snyder.Maybe in the future the giys at LDMA High Point can come up there for a few days to train.
