Women's Kickboxing Training Camp!

Day 2...Today we had 9 women from across the nation attend the Women's Training Camp at LDMA Sherwood. I got some good pics of our leg kick drills. In the AM the girls started on a lot of mit work and drills. In the evening there was more partner drills, flow drills and some sparring. They were then in for a treat which included a hike at pinnacle. This is going to be a fierce group of women!
